What's the travel fee?
$20 flat fee for individual sessions · $40 flat fee for couples (two therapists). No tiered pricing, no distance calculators. The fee shows at checkout before you pay anything.
What do I need to have ready?
Solo: 6 × 10 ft of clear floor space and a quiet room with a door that closes.
Couples: 10 × 12 ft of clear floor space for two tables side by side.
We bring everything else — table, fresh clean linens, oils, warm towels, and all tools. We text you 30 minutes before arrival. We pack out completely in 10 minutes after your session.
Hotel guests: Arrange valet or a guest parking pass for our therapist before we arrive. Hotel parking charges are not covered by Majestic.
How does booking and payment work?
Book via Vagaro online, text 470-656-0854, or call. Enter your service address at checkout to confirm travel. A deposit is required to hold your therapist — applied to your total at checkout. Pay-over-time available on orders $300+. FSA/HSA accepted for therapeutic sessions (some plans require a Letter of Medical Necessity).
What's the cancellation policy?
Deposits are forfeited for no-shows and late cancellations. Late-night sessions (9 PM–3 AM): cancellation window is 6 hours before your appointment. Reschedules are accepted with advance notice — text us and we'll work it out.
Can I request a male or female therapist?
Yes. Note your preference during booking and we'll accommodate based on availability.
Are your therapists vetted?
Yes. Georgia-licensed LMTs (license numbers verifiable), background-checked, and professionally insured. We're an established Atlanta practice with professional liability coverage — not a gig-economy app. We're vetted by Buckhead and Midtown hotel properties.
