Where are you located and how do I find you?
We’re inside Phenix Salon Suites at 360 Pharr Rd NE, Atlanta, GA 30305, next to the record store. Look for Phenix, enter the lobby, and follow the signs to Majestic Medical Touch Spa.
Do you validate parking? How does it work?
Yes. In the deck, choose the 2-hour option and pay. A white button appears that says “Validate.” Select Phenix Salon and enter code 2323. Your payment will be refunded.
What are your hours? Do you offer after-hours sessions?
Standard hours vary by day. We also offer after-hours appointments until 2 AM by reservation. After-hours include a $60 premium per service and require full prepayment.
Do you accept walk-ins?
No walk-ins. All sessions are by appointment only. Secure your time via our online booking.
How do I book a couples massage?
Use our secure online system (Vagaro) to choose 70, 85, or 100 minutes, then select your preferred date/time. You’ll receive instant confirmation by email/text.
Can we request a male or female therapist?
Yes—request preferences at booking. We do our best to accommodate based on availability. If a specific pairing is essential, book ahead.
What’s the difference between 70, 85, and 100 minutes?
70-Minute: Focused relief for primary tension areas.
85-Minute: Extra time for targeted work + deeper relaxation.
100-Minute: Full-body renewal with comprehensive attention and the most unhurried pace.
Can each partner choose different pressure or focus areas?
Absolutely. Each partner receives a tailored session—Swedish to deep tissue, plus focus on back, neck/shoulders, legs, or problem areas.
Do you help with back or shoulder pain?
Yes. We specialize in tension relief and mobility restoration. Tell us your goals on the intake form; we’ll align techniques to your needs.
What should we wear? Do we need to bring anything?
Come as you are. Undress to your comfort level; professional draping is used at all times. We provide everything you need. Hydrate well before and after.
Do you offer prenatal or specialty work?
Prenatal (2nd/3rd trimester) and targeted therapeutic work are available. Note any medical conditions on your intake and consult your provider as needed.
Do you offer mobile couples massage?
Select locations only. Availability is limited—please inquire in advance for travel rates and scheduling.
What’s your cancellation or reschedule policy?
We respectfully request 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule. After-hours sessions require full prepayment and may have stricter terms. See your booking confirmation for details.
Is gratuity included?
Gratuity is not included. If you loved your experience, 18–25% is customary, though always optional.
