How often should you get a massage?

The short answer is that it depends on a lot of different factors. Stress, physical wellness, emotional wellness, and even your budget, will all play into how often you should get a massage. At minimum, once a month would be ideal, however weekly and bi-weekly massages will most likely give the most benefits.

This will determine which parts of your body require massage. A typical full body session will include work on your back, arms, legs, feet, hands, head, neck, and shoulders. You will not be touched on or near your genitals (male or female) or breasts (female).
