Arrive at our Buckhead suite or prepare for mobile service. A government-issued photo ID is required at check-in.

If at Phenix Salon, validate for 2 hours of free parking. For mobile, your therapist will exit quietly so you can transition to rest.
Policies & Safety
Prepaid Booking
All late-night services require prepayment to confirm. This ensures your therapist is reserved exclusively for you.
Photo ID Required
Guests must present a valid government-issued photo ID at check-in or before mobile service begins.
Arrival & Timing
Please arrive 10 minutes early for suite bookings. Mobile services begin within 15 minutes of your reserved start time.
Cancellations
Cancellations within 24 hours or no-shows forfeit the prepaid amount. Reschedules permitted with advance notice.
Professional Boundaries
We uphold strict professional standards. Inappropriate behavior results in immediate termination of service without refund.
Location & Parking
Our late-night suite is located inside Phenix Salon, 360 Pharr Rd NE, Buckhead Atlanta, next to the record store. Guests receive 2 hours of free parking with validation.
After 11 PM Entry
Use the parking deck entrance. Follow prompts on the kiosk: select 2-hour option, pay, then press Validate, choose Phenix Salon, and enter code 2323. Your payment will be refunded instantly.

Do I have to prepay?
Yes. All late-night sessions require prepaid booking to secure your therapist and ensure safety after hours.
Is photo ID really required?
Absolutely. A government-issued photo ID must be shown at check-in for suite or mobile service.
What if I’m running late?
We allow a 10-minute grace period. After that, your session time may be shortened to keep therapists on schedule.
Can I book same-day after 9 PM?
Yes, if therapists are available. We recommend booking earlier in the day to guarantee your slot.
Do you travel outside Atlanta?
Yes, with added travel fees. We currently cover most of Metro Atlanta including Sandy Springs, Decatur, Cobb, and Clayton.
What about tipping?
Gratuity is optional but appreciated. Standard range is 15–20% for exceptional service.
